Refund & Cancellation Policy

Toasted NYC: Spring 2026

Deposits

• $300 per person secures your spot.

• Non-refundable after 24 hours from booking.

Balance Refunds

• More than 45 days before trip (by March 3, 2026): 50% refund of remaining balance

• 30–45 days before trip (March 4–17, 2026): 25% refund of remaining balance

• Less than 30 days before trip (after March 17, 2026): no refund of remaining balance

Transfers

• By request only, subject to approval; not guaranteed.

Operator Cancellations

• If Toasted cancels the trip, guests will receive a refund of all payments beyond non-refundable deposits.

• Deposits remain non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
